She is a licensed cosmetologist of 30 + years, a proud member of the PBA-Professional Beauty Association, NCA-National Cosmetology Association, NCEA-National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers /Distributors & Associations, a North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts Continuing Education Provider, Executive Director of NETSA- The National Eyebrow Threading Specialists Association and an International Educator.

As a former spa and salon owner and a veteran in the beauty industry, she is seasoned in all areas of cosmetology including threading, sugaring, holistic / natural beauty therapy, hair, aesthetics, make up artistry, manicuring, henna and jagua body art, bridal, debutante', special occasion beauty services, spa / salon consulting, hands on instructional training certification as well as spa and salon business courses. 

ACE has presented beauty educational events for over 13 years in every major metropolitan city throughout the United States, the Southern Spa and Salon Conference and provided private training for salons, spas, medical spas, trade schools, beauty professionals and individuals in the United States, Canada, London, Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Peurto Rico, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Columbia, Russia, West Indies, Japan, China, Guatamala, India, Nepal, Barbados and Australia.
